to successfully overcome life
challenges through the development of mental, emotional
and physical strength.

Check Credentials
Before training at any martial arts school, be sure to
check the credentials of the instructor. The State does
not regulate martial arts. A legitimate instructor will
be able to produce certificates of rank and show their
martial arts lineage (family tree) going back to the
18th or 19th Century. If not, beware. Use the internet
and call sources to verify when necessary.
